Job summary

PrePass is seeking a Sr. Analyst, GTM Systems to own key platforms and workflows within our go-to-market technology stack, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to perform at their best.

You will analyze business needs, design and build solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams in a remote role. With 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related roles and deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, you will lead platform administration, automation, and data integration, while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring GTM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM requirements and solution design, with strong CRM data models, workflows, and integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Experience building or maintaining automations or integrations across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and requirements.
• Own configuration, health, and documentation of GTM platforms; back up other GTM systems.
• Design, build, and maintain automations connecting GTM platforms.
• Diagnose failures across platforms and drive resolution with owners.
