Job description

Sr. GTM Systems Analyst at PrePass | RevOps Career — Remote

This Sr. Analyst, GTM Systems role at PrePass is a strong mid-to-senior level opportunity in the Revenue Operations / GTM Engineering space — a discipline seeing rapid demand growth as companies consolidate their tech stacks around CRMs, automation, and AI.

Compensation context: No salary is listed, but Sr. RevOps/GTM Systems Analyst roles in the US typically range from $110,000–$145,000 annually at this experience level (8+ years), with some reaching $160K+ at high-growth SaaS companies. PrePass's transportation-tech niche may land toward the mid-range of that band.

  • Deep CRM expertise (Microsoft Dynamics 365) — highly transferable across enterprise accounts
  • GTM automation and integration tooling (Workato, Power Automate, LeanData, Gong, Five9)
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management and business analysis at scale
  • AI/automation evaluation for go-to-market workflows — a fast-growing, marketable skill

Green flags: High autonomy, a broad platform ownership mandate, and direct involvement in AI/automation evaluation signal room for genuine impact and skill growth. The lifestyle account and culture-team investment suggest the company takes employee wellbeing seriously.

Watch out for: No mention of team size makes it hard to gauge bandwidth expectations. "Backup coverage for other platforms" could indicate a lean team with high context-switching demands. The 8+ year experience bar for an "Analyst" title may suggest compressed leveling — clarify this in interviews.

Overall, this is a strong career move for someone looking to deepen GTM systems expertise in an established, mission-critical industry.
