LaunchDarkly seeks a Sr. Director, GTM Systems to build and lead a autonomous GTM Systems function within Revenue Operations & Enablement.

This leader will own the vision, architecture, development, product management, operations, and continuous improvement of systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. The role oversees the full lifecycle of GTM systems, including strategy, governance, and retirement, reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading GTM systems strategy and architecture.
• Strong data governance and Salesforce ecosystem knowledge.
• Proven experience building and leading high-growth teams.

• Define vision and roadmap for GTM Systems across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Revenue Ops.
