LaunchDarkly is looking for a Sr. Director, GTM Systems to build and lead an autonomous GTM Systems function within Revenue Operations & Enablement.

You will own the vision, architecture, development, product management, operations, and continuous improvement of systems supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will establish a reliable data foundation, drive governance, and reduce complexity across a broad GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Gong, Marketo,

• Leadership experience transforming and leading large-scale RevOps or GTM systems teams.
• 10–15+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and guiding high-growth teams.
• Passion for tools, automation, and system effectiveness across CRMs and productivity tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define vision, strategy, architecture, and roadmap for GTM Systems.
• Own GTM Systems portfolio including architecture, development, administration, product and project management, integrations, data governance, and change management.
• Rebuild GTM data foundation with scalable account hierarchies and lifecycle management.
• Establish data quality standards, instrumentation, and governance for Salesforce and connected systems.
• Lead end-to-end product and technical delivery, from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
