Job summary

Merge is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Systems to own the end-to-end GTM infrastructure, including Salesforce architecture, deal desk, CPQ, and usage-based billing across product lines.

You’ll design the machine behind revenue operations, ensuring reliable systems with validation, monitoring, and tests while partnering with sales strategy and security.JD meets leadership in a fast-moving AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in RevOps, business systems, or GTM engineering, including 3+ owning a Salesforce instance as its architect.
• End-to-end change management on a revenue system, including migration, enablement, and cutover.
• Hands-on quote-to-cash: CPQ evaluation or implementation, rate-table design, and billing wired to real usage data.
• AI-native mindset with Claude Code and agentic tooling; production agents used by the GTM org.
• Comfort reading code (Python/SQL) and guiding an AI assistant to correct output.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of Merge's GTM systems (Salesforce object model, automation, permissions, data quality, sandbox and release governance).
• Architect and ship net-new builds: CPQ and deal desk, quote-to-cash with Finance, and usage-based billing across product lines.
• Build durable systems with validation, monitoring, and tests; avoid fragile workflows.
• Own change management end to end with go-live plans, enablement, and audit trails.
• Own the systems roadmap quarterly and annually, aligning with sales strategy and pipeline.
• Build with AI as the default method; production agents that reduce GTM workload; determine when to use an agent.
• Own GTM vendor stack: evaluation, procurement, implementation, renewal negotiation.
• Multiply the team through documentation, permissioning, and tooling to empower RevOps.
