Job summary

LeanScale, Inc. is seeking a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead in our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner with Enterprise, Mid-Market, and BDR leadership to define segment strategies, translate goals into targets, and own the forecast.

This role touches forecasting, territory design, quota and incentive structures, and GTM analytics. You will build models and dashboards, drive cadence for weekly reviews, and optimize the GTM stack to improve data integrity and reporting while collaborating

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in sales strategy, business operations, or revenue operations.

Responsibilities

Define segment strategy, growth priorities, and execution plans with leadership.
Translate company goals into segment targets, plans, and KPIs.
Own forecast for segments and provide defensible views to leadership.
Lead analyses on pipeline health, capacity planning, and incentive design.
Build financial and operating models to evaluate GTM decisions.
Design territory, quota settings, and GTM processes for accountability.
Create dashboards and reporting to track performance and productivity.
Improve Salesforce and GTM tooling for data integrity and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product.
