Job summary

Coram AI is recruiting a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives and shape how we scale. You’ll frame problems, set priorities, and drive workstreams from concept to measurable results, partnering with sales, marketing, and finance.

You’ll design scalable processes, implement AI-enabled automations, and manage change across teams, delivering trusted insights and impactful business outcomes in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, business operations, or a related field at a B2B technology company.
• Demonstrated ability to create and lead complex, cross-functional workstreams from an ambiguous starting point to implementation and results.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions without formal authority, and building alignment.

Responsibilities

• Independently define and lead strategic GTM work-streams end-to-end with clear objectives and success metrics.
• Solve complex GTM challenges by analyzing data and stakeholder input to identify root causes and practical solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and drive cross-team execution.
• Design and scale processes to improve revenue team productivity and visibility.
• Build and deploy AI agents and automations to speed GTM execution.
• Lead change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
• Anticipate risks and keep initiatives moving in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate progress and results to leadership with clear recommendations.
