Job summary

Coram AI is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead strategic GTM initiatives and cross-functional programs. You’ll partner with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership to prioritize, frame problems, and drive measurable outcomes using data and automation.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in strategy/operations at a B2B technology company, strong analytical skills, and experience with CRM systems; BA/BS required, MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of strategy & operations or related field in B2B tech
• Experience leading cross-functional workstreams from ambiguity to results
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align priorities
• Advanced spreadsheet fluency and data-to-action capability
• Understanding GTM motions and revenue processes in scaling B2B
• Experience designing tools, systems and processes used by teams
• Hands-on with AI tools and building agents/automation
• CRM architecture, workflows, data quality and reporting best practices

Responsibilities

• Independently define and lead strategic GTM workstreams end-to-end
• Solve complex GTM challenges using data, stakeholders, and judgment
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution
• Design and scale processes to improve revenue team productivity and customer journey
• Build and deploy AI agents and automations to speed GTM execution
• Lead implementation and change management for new processes and tools
• Anticipate risks and keep cross-functional initiatives moving
• Communicate progress and results to leadership with clear recommendations
