Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic leader to drive go-to-market initiatives within the Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) group. You will scope and steer high-impact projects, distill complex data to core issues, and secure executive alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales Ops, Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Finance, or Program Management.
• Experience in analytical or GTM roles in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy or StratOps.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and solve problems with limited oversight.
• Ability to leverage data to deliver insights and recommendations for business direction.
• Excellent executive-level communication in all formats.
• Proven track record in managing strategic, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Scope, own, and lead cross-functional initiatives for xWS, from shaping to execution.
• Distill complex data into core issues and actionable recommendations.
• Secure buy-in across a matrixed org, aligning resources across time zones.
• Drive change plans and pivot messaging/strategy based on feedback.
• Manage multiple initiatives concurrently, mitigating risks with cross-team collaboration.
