Job summary

Equinix is seeking a GTM Strategy & Execution Senior Manager in Chicago to own the annual and multi-year GTM planning cycle and translate strategy into executable programs across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel. This role connects Finance, GTM Operations, and leadership to ensure targets, coverage, routes to market, and incentives are coherent and data-driven.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM strategy, sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting in technology or enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational execution across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Strong financial acumen; capable of modeling revenue scenarios and partnering with finance.

Responsibilities

• Own annual GTM planning with cross-functional partners; translate targets into strategies with KPIs.
• Define segmentation and coverage models; design routes to market for each segment.
• Collaborate with channel leadership to reflect partner capacity in planning and headcount.
• Design quota structures aligned to territory potential and performance.
• Define roles and competencies; translate outputs into hiring plans across geographies.
• Facilitate governance; synthesize planning updates for leadership reviews.
• Diagnose GTM challenges and drive transformation programs.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve planning tools and processes.
