Qualifications

• 8+ years GTM operations experience.
• Hands-on experience transforming Lead to Cash in SaaS/enterprise.
• Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution across operational and field teams.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Excellent executive presence and communication; influence without authority.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Matrixed leadership experience to build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Sales, and GTM to translate strategy into a clear readiness plan.
• Define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and success criteria for readiness efforts.
• Develop execution plans with owners, milestones, risks, and decisions; drive from inception to completion.
• Lead transformation of Lead to Cash processes (quote to renewal) and ensure readiness across sales tools (CPQ, CLM, dashboards).
• Create field readiness plans for new offers and develop scalable readiness frameworks.
• Define KPI; deliver data-driven leadership updates; optimize based on customer/partner lens.
