ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic readiness across our go-to-market motions. You will align operations, enablement, and field teams to transact, sell, and demo new and evolving offers from back office to customer.

The ideal candidate will turn ambiguity into clear plans, build scalable frameworks, and drive Lead to Cash transformation in a SaaS environment, with strong executive communication and matrix leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM operations, business process transformation, field readiness, sales enablement, product launches, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience standing up or transforming Lead to Cash processes in a SaaS or enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of setting strategy and driving execution across both operational and field-facing teams in matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and project management skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear plans and recommendations.
• Excellent executive presence and communication, with the ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-paced, multi-priority environments.
• Matrixed people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and execution plans for readiness efforts across both operational and field readiness.
• Lead Lead to Cash transformation including quote, contract, order, billing, and renewal processes.
• Develop field readiness plans to enable sellers and demo teams to effectively position offers.
• Define KPIs and drive data-driven recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
