• 7+ years experience in business operations, GTM strategy and operations, executive operations, Chief of Staff support, or similar roles in fast-paced tech.
• Proven ability to independently own programs from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Strong written and verbal communication delivering executive-ready materials.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move between strategy and execution.
