Cloudflare is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager for the Revenue Engineering team to balance technical leadership with direct code contributions. You will build and evolve GTM data and app platforms, write production code, and guide a team of software and data engineers to deliver mission-critical GTM software and internal tools on Cloudflare's platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in engineering management or tech leadership.
• Strong production code background and debugging distributed systems, data pipelines, and web APIs (Go, TypeScript, Workers, Kubernetes, SQL, MCP).
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop senior technical talent while building a high-trust engineering culture.
• Experience owning end-to-end service lifecycles, monitoring, incident management, and architectural strategy for complex platforms.
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with scalable platform architecture and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with GTM, Sales, Marketing, BI, Security, and Product.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a hands-on engineering team, contributing code and guiding technical direction.
• Architect and build platform primitives for GTM Data and App Platforms and MCP integrations, in Go and TypeScript.
• Prototype and deliver high-impact GTM applications and evolve core pipelines and data infrastructure migrations.
• Empower business teams by promoting self-service using platform primitives.
• Establish observability, testing, and deployment best practices while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Developer Relations, BI, Security, and Product to align on priorities.
