Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced Operator to join the Office of the President of Revenue. You will work directly with the Revenue Chief of Staff to run the business, align priorities, and ensure the GTM organization stays informed.

You will move between strategy and execution, navigate ambiguity, and influence senior leaders across the organization. This high‑visibility role requires judgment, follow‑through, and rapid action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, GTM strategy and operations, executive operations, Chief of Staff support, or similar roles in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience with senior executives and cross-functional orgs.
• Proven ability to own programs from planning through execution with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with multiple priorities handled effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM communications and leadership updates across the field.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to translate field feedback into actions.
• Lead Field Advisory Board programs and engagement activities.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive timely decisions.
• Drive initiatives spanning Sales, Marketing, Product and Enablement.
