Job summary

P2P.org is a leading restaking and crypto yield platform with a global distributed team. We seek a marketing lead who can own B2B initiatives, run campaigns across channels, and drive growth while managing contractors and coordinating with Product and Sales.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of substantive marketing experience, strong English communication, and a proven ability to prioritize, budget, and deliver with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of substantive marketing experience, including owning B2B initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, influencing without authority.
• Experience managing contractors or agencies and leading small teams.
• Solid marketing fundamentals: tracking, segmentation, messaging, funnels.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaigns and CRM data, understand attribution.
• Regular use of LLMs in marketing with sound judgment.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver with limited supervision and budgets.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing priorities into plans with budgets, timelines and success metrics.
• Own execution and run campaigns in key channels, using automation and LLMs.
• Manage contractors and internal contributors: briefs, reviews, and performance.
• Coordinate with Product and Sales to clarify requirements and remove blockers.
• Track spend, lead quality and pipeline contributions; propose improvements.
• Identify where specialist contractors are needed and manage delivery.
