Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market priorities into actionable marketing plans with budgets, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns in key channels with hands-on involvement.
• Use LLMs and automation to improve productivity and campaign speed.
• Coordinate contractors/agencies, briefings, reviews, and performance issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor spend, lead quality, acquisition, and pipeline impact to evaluate ROI.
• Analyse campaign and CRM data to identify improvement opportunities and reallocations.
• Engage contractors when needed to fill capability gaps and ensure quality.
