Job summary

P2P.org is seeking a fully remote marketing lead contractor to turn priorities into executable plans with budgets, timelines and success metrics. You will own campaigns in your strongest channels, using LLMs and automation to drive results.

You’ll manage contractors and internal contributors, coordinating with Product and Sales to unblock blockers, while maintaining rigorous tracking, segmentation, and messaging across funnels. This role is 100% remote, with a full-time contractor agreement.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience, including independently owning initiatives.
• Strong execution skills in at least one marketing channel with verifiable results.
• Solid fundamentals in tracking, segmentation, positioning, messaging, and conversion funnels.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing priorities into actionable plans with budgets, timelines, and success metrics.
