Job summary
Alteryx is seeking a Revenue Enablement Professional with a dynamic, high-energy presence to elevate our Go-To-Market enablement. You will spearhead live and virtual sessions, deliver 1:1 and small-group coaching, and design compelling enablement content to boost readiness and performance across diverse GTM audiences.
The role emphasizes interactive workshops, strategic content development, and strong collaboration with GTM leaders to translate complex capabilities into effective learning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, GTM enablement, learning and development, or program development.
- Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills across virtual and live sessions.
- Strong coaching track record with GTM professionals through skill development.
- Demonstrated ability to create clear, polished GTM collateral beyond live training.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead engaging virtual workshops, live training sessions, role-plays, and multi-team enablement events.
- Conduct structured coaching sessions with GTM professionals focused on customer conversations and value articulation.
- Lead scenario-based role-plays and readiness checks to prepare GTM audiences for critical business conversations.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to align enablement coaching with organizational priorities and outcomes.
- Develop high-value enablement materials such as playbooks, talk tracks, and leader toolkits.
