Job summary

Businessolver is seeking a Senior Analyst, GTM Finance & Analytics, to drive data-informed decisions across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance. You will build dashboards, analyze pipeline and revenue trends, and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize ABM investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or analytics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools.
• CRM experience with Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports for GTM performance.
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, revenue, marketing engagement, and sales productivity trends.
• Compile and validate data from Salesforce, BI tools, financial systems, and other platforms.
• Deliver insights to help stakeholders understand performance drivers and opportunities.
• Support measurement and reporting framework for ABM initiatives.
• Analyze account engagement, buying-group activity, pipeline progression, and campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with ROI analysis for marketing programs and strategic accounts.
• Monitor GTM and ABM metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to address reporting needs.
• Translate findings into presentations and recommendations.
• Promote consistent definitions and reporting standards across teams.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and planning for GTM investments.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate initiatives and trends.
• Develop financial models tying commercial activities to outcomes.
• Identify process improvements and automate reporting.
