Job summary

ZoomInfo, Bethesda, MD, is seeking a GTM Integration Engineer III to lead enterprise-level integrations and guide high-value customers through deployment of ZoomInfo's CRM/MA solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Support, QA, and Product Management to ensure scalable architectures and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on integration experience across CRM and Marketing Automation platforms in enterprise environments.
• Advanced certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Deep technical proficiency across multiple platforms with architecting complex, multi-system integrations.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-level implementations as a senior member of the Integration team.
• Maintain expert-level understanding of CRM/MA integrations across Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Dynamics, and ZoomInfo.
• Engage with C-level executives and IT leaders to tailor integrations to business roadmaps.
• Provide guidance on best practices, optimization, and scalability for long-term success.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive measures for stability.
• Coach Level One/Two Implementation Managers and collaborate with Sales, Support, QA, and Product Management.
• Discuss advanced topics like email protocols, OAuth/SSO, data transformations, and enterprise process design.
