Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Senior GTM Success Manager to drive product adoption, retention, and growth for strategic customers. You will cultivate deep relationships, deliver business reviews, and partner with internal teams to align on the customer’s business case and strategy.

You will work in a hybrid environment across US locations, guiding executive stakeholders and ensuring a high level of customer value with world-class training and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer success, account management, or sales experience in a competitive SaaS environment.
• 2+ years working with Mid-Market and Enterprise level accounts.
• Understanding of world-class go-to-market processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, triaging, and crisis management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering presentations and building trusted advisor relationships.
• Willingness to work a minimum of three days per week from one of our office locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of enterprise customers to accomplish defined objectives.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with strategic stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Grow breadth and depth of strategic relationships within customers.
• Identify and mitigate renewal risk; drive renewals with internal teams.
• Align account activities with customer business case and strategy.
• Educate customers on new features and releases and monitor adoption trends.
• Capture customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.
