ZoomInfo is seeking a Business Consultant II, GTM, to join ZI Labs and support enterprise engagements that design and optimize data-driven go-to-market strategies. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, craft analyses, and contribute to executive-ready deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll apply AI and automation to speed delivery while collaborating across Product, RevOps, CX, and Sales to ensure feasible solutions.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in consulting, professional services, revenue operations, or related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to own a project and drive it to a measurable outcome with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with data and quantitative reasoning; proficiency in spreadsheets; willingness to learn SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements end to end, owning defined workstreams and increasing responsibility.
• Structure ambiguous inputs into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Develop analyses, strategy decks, process maps, and playbooks to an executive-ready standard.
• Analyze and validate client data, assess data quality, and articulate business implications.
• Contribute to client and executive working sessions and facilitate them.
• Apply generative AI and intelligent automation tools to improve speed and quality of delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, RevOps, CX, and Sales to ensure solution feasibility and delivery quality.
