Qualifications

• 0–2 years in consulting, professional services, revenue operations, or related analytical role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Ability to own projects and drive measurable outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Comfort with data and quantitative reasoning; willingness to develop SQL and data skills.
• Strong communication to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Professional presence to engage senior stakeholders credibly.
• Familiarity with generative AI and practical applications.
• Structured, resourceful approach to problems and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support consulting engagements end to end, owning defined workstreams.
• Structure ambiguous inputs into clear analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Create analyses, strategy decks, process maps, and playbooks to executive-ready standards.
• Analyze data quality and articulate business implications of findings.
• Contribute to client and executive sessions and facilitate discussions.
• Apply generative AI and automation to speed delivery and uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, RevOps, CX, and Sales to ensure feasibility and quality.
