Job summary

Snowflake seeks an experienced Manager of Executive Communications to shape GTM leadership messaging and strategy across external channels, thought leadership platforms, and internal forums.

You will build scalable systems, partner with marketing and PR, and elevate executive presence through op-eds, speaking prep, and compelling content across multiple formats. This role requires a proven writer with 5+ years in executive communications in a tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field.
• Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications, thought leadership, or executive visibility programs.
• Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone else’s voice.
• Operationally minded: you build systems, maintain workflows, and don’t let things fall through the cracks.
• Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake’s GTM leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives.
• Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect each leader’s voice, priorities, and strategic positioning.
