1Password is seeking a senior GTM communications leader to drive the strategy, narrative, and delivery of core communications channels. The role partners with GTM leadership to translate priorities into engaging content for diverse audiences across global sales, marketing, and product teams.

The position involves leading monthly all‑hands, onboarding sessions, and ongoing executive communications, with a hybrid work model based in Austin or Toronto.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM communications or related field.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling with ability to translate strategy into narratives.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high‑impact presentations and communications.
• Experience leading GTM forums such as Sales Kickoff and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels in partnership with GTM leadership.
• Translate company, product, market, channel, and GTM priorities into communications for different audiences.
• Lead monthly global GTM all‑hands, including agenda, narrative, content, and presenter preparation.
• Own the weekly GTM newsletter and short‑form video updates, maintaining a clear communications archive.
