Job summary

1Password is seeking an experienced Go To Market communications leader to shape core GTM narratives and channels. You will partner with GTM leadership to translate priorities into impactful messaging and lead global GTM all‑hands, onboarding, and key events.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Channel, and Workplace Experience, with a hybrid model based in Austin or Toronto. Expect to coach senior presenters and drive high‑visibility communications across the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Go To Market (GTM) communications, executive communications, sales or revenue enablement, strategic communications, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business and product strategies into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience partnering directly with senior executives on high‑impact presentations, talking points, and organization‑wide communications.
• Experience leading communications and programming for large‑scale GTM forums such as Sales Kickoff or onboarding programs.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS organizations and how partners, resellers, distributors drive GTM motions.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including coaching senior presenters.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, narrative, editorial rhythm, and delivery of core GTM communications channels in partnership with GTM leadership.
• Translate company, product, market, channel, and GTM priorities into audience‑appropriate communications.
• Lead monthly global GTM all‑hands with agenda, narrative, content curation, and presenter prep.
• Own the weekly GTM newsletter and short‑form video updates, maintaining a clear communications archive.
• Partner with Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel, and Workplace Experience on high‑impact messaging.
• Lead the GTM sessions for Sales Kickoff, onboarding, and leadership meetings with design, rehearsals, and coaching.
