Job summary

1Password LLC in North America is hiring a Go-To-Market Communications Lead to turn company priorities into clear narratives for a global customer-facing organization. The role owns core channels, monthly all-hands, SKO programming, and onboarding experiences.

You’ll partner with GTM leadership and cross-functional teams to craft messages, drive alignment, and enable faster, clearer decisions. This hybrid role can work from our Austin, TX or Toronto, ON offices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM communications, executive communications, sales or revenue enablement, or related field.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with senior executives on high-impact presentations and talking points.
• Experience leading communications for large-scale GTM forums (e.g., Sales Kickoff, onboarding).
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS organizations and partner/reseller ecosystems.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including coaching senior presenters.
• Bonus: experience with Product Management and Product Marketing alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, narrative, and delivery of core GTM communications channels with GTM leadership.
• Translate company and product priorities into tailored communications for different audiences.
• Lead monthly global GTM all-hands and content development.
• Own weekly GTM newsletter and short-form video updates.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional leaders to craft high-impact messaging.
• Lead GTM sessions for Sales Kickoff and onboarding, including design and rehearsal.
• Oversee GTM curriculum for live onboarding and iterate based on feedback.
