Job summary

1Password is hiring a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to build AI agents and data products that accelerate global go-to-market decisions. You will connect data across systems, automate workflows, and deliver insights for Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel leadership.

You will work on AI-enabled coaching, reporting, and decision support, reporting to the Director, GTM Engineering (Revenue Operations).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents or workflows powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Experience using SQL; strong statistical understanding to distinguish signal from noise.
• Documentation and improvement of business processes to reduce manual work and improve decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, draft customer follow-ups, rank target accounts, and flag deals that need attention.
• Create data tables and scheduled analysis jobs combining Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
• Produce reports, alerts, and weekly manager briefs for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations to define technical requirements.
