• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 GSOC situational awareness and incident coordination.
• Monitor alarms, intrusion alerts, robbery tracker activations, ATM fraud/skimmer alerts, and other security incidents.
• Assesses threats and communicates timely protective recommendations.
• Coordinate response activities during escalated security incidents with supervision, law enforcement, or leadership.
• Maintain incident documentation and provide shift briefings and escalation of significant events.
• Coach, onboarding support, and procedural guidance to new security officers.
