Job summary

Security Service Federal Credit Union is seeking a SOC Analyst I to evaluate and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies across employees and locations. You will monitor video, access controls, and intrusion systems, coordinating with SSFCU personnel, law enforcement, EMS, and fire services as needed.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 years in security-related work, with onsite commitment and the ability to work extended hours during disasters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of security related work experience including law enforcement dispatch center or SOC experience.
• Must remain onsite or work extended hours during natural disasters and unusual occurrences.
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and provide seven day a week twenty-four hour a day coverage.
• Local distance travel may be required for business purposes occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and insurability.
• Lift 25 lbs. without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alarm activations at 70+ branch sites, the SSFCU main campus and other properties.
• Perform video review, retrieval, analytical and investigative functions.
• Coordinate with security personnel and law enforcement, EMS or fire service as needed.
• Maintain security activity logs and daily operational reports.
• Assist in coordinating incident response to remediate security events.
