Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a GSOC Manager to lead a client-dedicated 24/7 Global Security Operations Center. You will oversee staffing, performance, training readiness, and continuous improvement across shifts, maintaining governance of procedures and ensuring effective incident response and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in GSOC/SOC or similar environments and a proven record of coaching frontline leaders, managing risk, and communicating with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5+ years GSOC/SOC operations, corporate security, or similar 24/7 environment.
• 3+ years proven people-leadership, supervising frontline leaders.
• Strong incident management, risk assessment, governance, and QA experience.
• Ability to translate data and trends into actionable decisions and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for GSOC operations, service delivery, and readiness across shifts.
• Oversee frontline workflows, systems, and procedures to support performance.
• Provide management oversight during significant incidents, ensuring escalation and follow-up.
• Coach and develop Team Leads, set expectations for leadership presence and engagement.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance discussions, and development planning.
• Monitor engagement, workload, morale, retention, and readiness in a 24/7 context.
• Coordinate staffing, workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and succession needs.
• Review performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Govern procedures, knowledge management, and change management processes.
• Partner with Training to ensure onboarding and ongoing proficiency.
• Engage in required training, exercises, and readiness activities.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a primary Crisis24 partner.
• Communicate program performance, incidents, risks, and improvements to leadership.
