Job summary

Crisis24 is seeking a GSOC Supervisor to lead the SOC team in Tempe, AZ, overseeing day-to-day operations, quality assurance, and client communications. You will manage incidents, schedule shifts, and drive program buildout to meet client and Crisis24 standards.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, 3–5+ years in security operations leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. This position is on-site in Tempe with a team-first, high-availability focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years leading teams, projects, or functions in security ops/SOC.
• Experience in Intelligence, Security Operations, Critical Incident Management or Corporate Security.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Operational supervision of all operators providing services and deliverables.
• Support the creation of risk assessments by market, neighborhood, city, and location.
• Assist operators with escalations and incident responses.
• Coordinate metrics collection and reporting requirements.
• Assist in emergency response and communications coordination with clients and stakeholders.
