Thumbtack is seeking a Senior Commercial Strategy Manager to partner with executives and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives that drive growth. You will own 0–1 high-impact programs, shape planning cycles, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and finance to scale our most critical partnerships.

The role demands strong problem-solving, an analytical mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias for action.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, bizops, or strategy roles
• Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence leaders at all levels
• Growth mindset with focus on impact and getting things done
• Adept at building analytical models and translating them into insights

Aufgaben

• Identify, prioritize and lead initiatives that support our biggest bets and create impact
• Develop, test, and incubate new ideas (products and businesses)
• Own ad hoc analyses (board prep, planning, goals, competitive analysis)
• Be the connective tissue across teams, aligning stakeholders and driving progress
• Provide solutions to roadblocks with minimal guidance
• Partner with executives, product, engineering, marketing, sales and finance to scale initiatives
