Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our Product organization and drive customer and business growth for a global direct-to-consumer subscription business. You will own the full-funnel growth strategy, including acquisition, conversion, monetization, and retention across desktop, mobile, and retail channels.

• Experience leading growth for a direct-to-consumer subscription business.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests with statistical rigor.
• Strong ownership of funnel metrics: conversion, ARPU, LTV, churn.

Responsibilities

• Set growth strategy and translate into a prioritized roadmap with quarterly goals.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with fast learn-and-ship cadence.
• Optimize the purchase experience across markets and devices to maximize conversion.
• Design and run pricing and packaging tests to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed interventions on site and in-app.
• Lead and grow the Growth team and mentor future leaders.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing, payments, data, and finance to turn capabilities into wins.
• Report results to leadership and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
