Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the subscription management platform, steering capabilities, business rules, and services that govern purchases, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, sharing, and retention across the McAfee ecosystem.

The role blends platform-building with business strategy, turning ambiguous subscription rules into reusable models and shaping the architecture to maximize ARPU and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product or platform management, with subscription/monetization focus.
• Proven ability to turn complex rules into scalable product models and lifecycle states.
• Experience building platform capabilities used across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the subscription platform strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap.
• Drive smarter retention and AI-driven discounting strategies.
• Define and optimize plan transitions across profiles and family configurations.
• Own metrics: renewal rate, retention, bookings, ARPU; link investments to outcomes.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Payments, Pricing, Finance, Marketing, Analytics.
