Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to expand its global consumer footprint by optimizing the end-to-end growth funnel, from acquisition to monetization. You will own the onboarding, activation, and free-trial to paid conversion loops, driving measurable impact on revenue through rapid experimentation.

The role is hybrid, requires you to work near a primary office hub or in Newport Beach, CA, and collaborate with UX, Eng, Marketing, and Data teams to deliver high-velocity growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with 5+ years in Growth PM (B2C/D2C SaaS or high-volume consumer tech)
• Proven track record of moving the needle on acquisition, trial-to-paid conversion, or ARR
• Expertise with modern growth stacks and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Optimizely) and statistics for A/B tests
• Outcomes-focused mindset prioritizing business impact and user behavior over features
• Customer-centric growth mindset with ability to reduce friction and solve user problems
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to present data-driven narratives to executives
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and quick, data-informed decision-making
• Domain knowledge in cybersecurity/online privacy is a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth product strategy and experimentation roadmap for acquisition, activation, and free-trial conversions.
• Design, deploy, and analyze rapid A/B and multivariate tests for onboarding, paywalls, checkout, and engagement triggers.
• Prioritize the growth backlog based on ROI, business impact, and statistical significance.
• Collaborate with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Performance Marketing to create seamless user journeys across channels.
• Work with Data Science to uncover bottlenecks, map user behavior trends, and build funnel dashboards.
• Focus on monetization hooks that deliver clear customer value and sustainable retention.
