Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Director of Growth to lead the Product organization focused on customer and business growth for a global, direct-to-consumer subscription business. Owns the customer commerce funnel including conversion, monetization and retention, with emphasis on ARPU, LTV, churn, and a data-driven roadmap.

The role is Hybrid, based in Frisco, TX or Newport Beach, CA, onsite as needed. You will manage a Growth PM team and collaborate with marketing, payments, finance, and legal to grow

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth strategy and setting quarterly targets.
• Expertise in optimization of multi-channel consumer journeys.
• Strong background in experimentation, statistics, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy and translate into a prioritized, measurable roadmap.
• Build and scale an experimentation engine with rigorous tests and fast learn-and-ship cycles.
• Optimize the purchase experience across devices and channels to maximize conversions.
• Design and run pricing, offers, and packaging tests to grow ARPU and take-rate.
• Drive retention and LTV through data-informed onsite and in-app interventions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Growth team and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
