Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive self-serve onboarding, onboarding conversions, monetization, and account expansion using PLG and lifecycle marketing.

You will lead end-to-end campaign development across onboarding journeys, promo campaigns, and product launches, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, SaaS marketing, or PLG-focused roles.
• Proven ability to design onboarding journeys, promo campaigns, and product launch support.
• Strong track record in driving acquisition, onboarding, conversion, and expansion campaigns.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute, and scale lifecycle marketing strategies for onboarding, conversion, and expansion.
• Build and optimize personalized onboarding journeys to accelerate time-to-value.
• Plan, launch, and manage targeted promo campaigns to boost conversion and pipeline expansion.
• Define and manage in-product placements and experiences to guide feature discovery and upgrades.
• Lead product launch support with GTM experiments and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to monetize across the journey.
• Own and execute an experimentation roadmap (A/B tests, messaging, friction reduction).
• Track and analyze metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
