Job summary

Bathhouse is seeking a Growth Marketing Senior Manager to own performance marketing across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and CTV. You’ll manage budgets, campaigns, and testing across multiple markets as Bathhouse scales, starting with established NYC locations and expanding to new cities.

You will lead end-to-end paid efforts, set CAC targets, partnerships with creators, and build AI-driven workflows and reporting. This role demands strong analytical skills and a builder mindset.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years running paid acquisition hands-on with meaningful budgets.
• Experience across Meta and at least two other platforms (TikTok, Google, YouTube or CTV).
• Understanding of incrementality; experience with holdouts, geo tests or lift studies and ROAS interpretation.
• AI-native approach; automation that runs with or without you; using MCPs/APIs for data/analysis.
• Fluency across the measurement stack: tagging, pixel/CAPI, attribution, data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Own paid end-to-end across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and CTV: setup, budgets, pacing, bidding, audiences and testing.
• Manage spend across NYC markets with regional scaling and new market launches.
• Set CAC/volume targets and drive daily/weekly decisions to hit them.
• Run the creative testing pipeline with in-house teams; brief concepts and scale winners.
• Work with creator programs on paid amplification and whitelisting; assess organic winners.
