Job summary

Baton Corporation seeks a hands-on Head of Performance Marketing & Acquisition to build and run the paid growth engine from the ground up—defining strategy, channels, daily budget, creative testing, team, and compliance guardrails that enable fast yet responsible growth.

You'll own campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X, and programmatic networks, leading a team, optimizing CAC/ROAS, and driving rapid activation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record owning and scaling paid acquisition at a leading consumer, fintech, or crypto platform or agency.
• Hands-on channel fluency across Meta, Google, TikTok, and X with real console experience.
• Scrappy, high-energy operator mindset—builds playbooks while moving fast in resource-lean environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and pace; can start moving before a fully mapped org.
• Strong quantitative fluency; thinks in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy end-to-end and set the roadmap for user acquisition.
• Manage a multi-channel, always-on spend across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, X Ads, programmatic, and emerging networks.
• Build and lead a high-performing performance marketing team.
• Run a fast, creative testing program with UGC and traditional paid creative.
• Develop attribution and measurement infrastructure linking spend to activation and trading volume.
• Ensure campaigns comply with legal/regulatory requirements in collaboration with Legal.
• Analyze performance data and iterate quickly to scale successful campaigns.
