Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager in Seattle, WA for a 3-month onsite contract. Lead customer acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across paid social, search, and display, shaping channel strategy and budget decisions.

You will collaborate with agencies, optimize creative and messaging, and build robust measurement frameworks to drive signups and ROAS. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in growth marketing, strong analytics, and proven ability to own budgets and hit growth

Qualifications

5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition/performance marketing.
Hands-on experience managing paid channels (paid social, programmatic/DSP, paid search).
Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting growth targets.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Own and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/ADSP, and owned channels.
Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (signups, CPA, ROAS).
Partner with paid media POCs and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
Develop and test creative, messaging, and audience strategies to improve conversion.
Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report on KPIs and translate insights into action.
Collaborate with product and analytics to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly business review inputs.
