Brex in Seattle is seeking a deeply analytical, growth-oriented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to own, scale, and optimize our Paid Social engine, with Meta as the core driver and a mandate to test and scale emerging channels.

You will be accountable for down-funnel pipeline, CAC efficiency, and customer acquisition, building signal architecture, scalable audience models, and a high-velocity creative testing engine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience.
• Proven ability to own paid social end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta budgets and emerging channels' performance.
• Develop signal architecture and scalable audience models.
• Lead testing framework for creative, audiences, bidding, and optimization.
• Build paid social strategy to create demand at the top of the funnel.
• Translate performance data into creative briefs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Marketing Ops, Field/Events, PMM, and Sales to tie paid social to pipeline.
