Job summary

US Tech Solutions in Seattle is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of marketing programs that drive net-new Prime member acquisition across paid and owned channels.

You will partner with product, paid media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver measurable growth against acquisition and cost-efficiency goals, define budgets and targets, and report KPIs to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition/performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid channels (paid social, programmatic/DSP, paid search).
• Proven track record of owning budgets and hitting measurable growth targets.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute acquisition marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, display/ADSP, and owned channels.
• Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (signups, CPA, ROAS).
• Partner with paid media POCs and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and test creative, messaging, and audience strategies to improve conversion.
• Build and maintain measurement frameworks; report on KPIs and translate insights into action.
• Collaborate with product and analytics to identify new acquisition opportunities and audience segments.
• Manage budget forecasting, pacing, and monthly/quarterly business review inputs.
