Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager for a 3-month, full-time contract onsite in Seattle, WA. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of member acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, display, and owned channels.

You will partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to drive measurable growth, define budgets, targets, and optimization strategies while contributing to quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social, paid search, and programmatic or DSP campaigns.
• Proven experience owning marketing budgets and delivering growth targets.
• Strong understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversion, and signups.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic, display, DSP, and owned channels.
• Define channel strategy, budget allocation, and performance targets (CPA, ROAS, signups).
• Partner with paid media and agency teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Develop and test creative, messaging, audience, and targeting strategies to improve conversion.
• Build measurement frameworks and report KPIs to translate data into recommendations.
• Identify new acquisition opportunities with product and analytics teams.
