SelectQuote is seeking a Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing to lead growth across vertical search, affiliates and social channels, directing multi-million-dollar annual budgets and turning data into strategic actions.

The role requires deep expertise in performance marketing, strong analytics, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership. It offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on performance-based channels (e.g., PPC, affiliate marketing, lead gen).
• 4+ years of direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across lead-gen channels such as Affiliates and third-party marketing platforms.
• Own budget allocation, real-time bidding strategy, and quarterly forecasting for campaigns with multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
• Report on KPIs and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Leverage Excel and internal tools to analyze large datasets, measure performance, and give timely recommendations to senior leadership.
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies to improve KPIs across the performance marketing funnel.
• Identify CRO opportunities in tandem with Web Operations and Call Center Team leaders to improve the customer journey and ROI.
• Seek out trends in the health insurance marketing space and articulate this research into actionable tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, analytics, product, and operations to ensure alignment on goals and priorities for the division.
