Job summary

Cobalt seeks a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework focused on automation and orchestration to identify high-intent accounts and nurture them toward purchase readiness.

You will craft and measure integrated marketing playbooks, collaborating with Sales and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline across North America and EMEA. Expect ownership, accountability, and a move beyond traditional lead gen.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth, demand gen, or regional marketing in B2B tech/cybersecurity.
• Expertise in account-based marketing strategies and modern growth tech.
• Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools; experience with MCP agents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to growth objectives, for new logos and expansion.
• Drive multi-channel programs (email, webinars, social, direct mail, digital ads) across buyer journeys.
• Design and oversee automated agents to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery.
• Use intent signals to trigger automated playbooks reaching buying committees.
• Nurture existing customers to drive whitespace expansion and cross-sell.
• Co-own content calendar and create multi-format programs to engage target accounts.
• Act as marketing contact for sales and BDR teams, guiding activation plans and KPIs.
• Track program metrics and optimize campaigns to hit targets.
