Job summary

Cobalt is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role will build a sophisticated Growth Marketing framework focused on automation and orchestration to identify accounts with the highest propensity to buy and move them toward purchase readiness.

You will develop and execute integrated marketing playbooks, measure program efficacy, and scale multi-channel campaigns across North America and EMEA, aligning with Sales and Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment.
• ABM execution expertise with modern growth technologies.
• Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce, HubSpot, and intent tools (such as UserGems or 6Sense), with hands-on experience developing MCP agents.
• The ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and improve outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned to company growth objectives, focusing on new logo acquisition and expansion.
• Drive multi-channel initiatives (email, webinars, social, direct mail, digital ads) to guide target prospects through the buyer journey.
• Design and oversee automated agents to streamline routine workflows and accelerate program delivery.
• Use UserGems intent signals and tracking to trigger automated playbooks engaging buying committees.
• Develop programs to nurture existing customers and drive whitespace expansion and cross-sell.
• Co-own the content calendar with the content team and design multi-format programs to engage key contacts.
• Lead weekly sales and BDR enablement syncs to align activation plans and expectations.
• Track active program metrics and execute course corrections to meet KPIs.
