Parsley Health is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive growth through performance marketing, SEO, and CRO. This fully remote role focuses on data-driven campaigns and optimizing acquisition strategies. Ideal candidates will have significant experience managing budgets and achieving clear CAC and ROAS objectives.
Location: Work is fully remote, but an ideal candidate would be located in NYC.

The Opportunity:
Parsley Health is redefining healthcare with a root-cause, functional approach to medicine—and we’re seeking a data-obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive our next phase of growth. This role owns all inorganic growth channels—including performance marketing (paid social, paid search), SEO, and conversion rate optimization/CRO, plus leads the growth of our supplement store.
You’ll be responsible for developing high-impact campaigns, optimizing budgets, improving CAC, and reporting performance across acquisition channels. You’ll partner closely with the Member Marketing team to ensure end-to-end funnel success, and be empowered to lead performance strategy, test and learn frameworks, and analytics tools.

Parsley Health is committed to providing an equitable, fair and transparent compensation program for all employees.
The starting salary for this role is between $119,000 / $140,000, depending on skills and experience. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with candidates during the process.
