Location: Remote (U.S. based) | Full-time

Vita is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a fully remote role (U.S. based) to help elevate our purpose-driven brand at the intersection of employee benefits, HR consulting, and health advocacy. You'll contribute across the marketing spectrum driving growth, supporting client teams, and shaping how we show up in the market.

What You’ll Do

Drive Demand & Digital Strategy

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns using paid media, SEO, SEM, and geo-targeting
  • Optimize lead generation funnels and improve performance with data-driven insights
  • Develop polished, on-brand collateral and presentations to support client-facing teams
  • Create clear, differentiated messaging to help teams communicate value effectively
  • Support planning and coordination of client workshops and events to enable sales and strengthen client relationships.

Enhance Client Engagement

  • Create campaigns that deepen relationships, support retention, and promote expansion opportunities
  • Highlight client success through storytelling and advocacy programs

Strengthen the Vita Brand

  • Shape and maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels and initiatives

Lead Website & Content Experience

  • Manage the company website (HubSpot CMS) and enhance user experience and performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely, strategic updates aligned with business goals

Optimize Marketing Operations

  • Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Oversee marketing analytics, budget tracking, and vendor relationships
  • Use insights to iterate and improve program efficiency and impact

Additional Experience / Nice to Have

While not required, experience in the following areas is a plus and would enhance your impact in the role:

  • Content Strategy: Planning and creating thought leadership content, blogs, and email marketing campaigns
  • Creative Production: Designing visual assets or contributing to video and multimedia content
  • Earned Media & PR: Engaging with media outlets, industry publications, or influencers in the HR and benefits space
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Crafting personalized communications that guide prospects and clients through their journey from awareness to advocacy

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of broad-based B2B marketing experience
  • Strong strategy development and hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort with marketing analytics
  • Strong project management skills; organized and proactive
  • Embraces new technologies, especially AI
  • Customer-centric and growth-oriented
  • Familiar with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, Microsoft Dynamics, Canva, Figma
  • Experience in HR, benefits, or professional services (nice to have)
  • Experience in design work, PR, or lifecycle marketing (nice to have)

The salary range for this role is $125,000–$175,000 USD, based on a Tier 1 market such as the San Francisco Bay Area. Actual compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, and qualifications.

This is a 100% remote position open to candidates based in the United States. While remote-first, the role will require occasional domestic travel (less than 20%) for events, team meetings, or client engagements.
